Required Forms:
At the beginning of EVERY semester they are teaching, each Concurrent Enrollment teacher must submit:
- Approved Concurrent Enrollment Courses Outline
- (A copy of the approved Concurrent Enrollment course outline for the course(s) they are instructing are required EACH semester, regardless if they have taught and submitted the course outline in a previous semester/year. This is a requirement of all adjunct instructors.)
At the beginning of each course, every student enrolling in Concurrent Enrollment will need to complete:
- Application for Certificate of Residency (complete the form and provide proof of residence as directed)
- Registration form
- Letter to Parents/Guardians
Other forms:
- Official Change of Schedule Form (use this if a student wishes to leave the course)
- Transcript Request
- Request a FERPA form at collegenow@tompkinscortland.edu (required for myTC3 account access, new teachers – we provide this by email upon request, click the link to request it.)
