Carlos Gomez

The Office of Diversity Education and Support Services (ODESS) invites students and faculty from around the state to attend the 6th Annual ID Summit, a conference focusing on critical dialogue about the intersection of identity and the social systems that impact our daily lives and career choices. This year the keynote will be delivered by Carlos Andrés Gómez, spoken word artist, author, and educator. Breakfast and lunch will be served.

Call for Proposals

Presentation opportunities include workshops, panel discussions, and poster sessions. All works should be related to the theme of the conference: Masculinity.  Presentations should be 60-75 minutes. We strongly encourage student presentations. Faculty and staff are welcome to present alongside students or independently.  If you are interested in presenting, please submit proposals to present at the ID Summit by Monday, January 20. ODESS will review all proposals and select those most suitable for the conference.
