To begin applying for housing, download the checklist that corresponds with your student status and follow the listed steps.Housing is offered based on availability on a first-come, first-served basis to students who meet ALL of the criteria in their checklist. Please be sure to get the checklist that is right for you.
Spring 2020 Housing Contract
The housing contract is required for housing in our residence halls. This is a legally binding contract. Please read it carefully.Your signature means that you have read and agree to the terms of the contract as well as the Residence Life Handbook.
Tompkins Cortland Housing Grant
The Tompkins Cortland Housing Grant will provide $1,000 per student in the 2020 Spring Semester for newly established housing contracts. These funds can only be used for, and directly applied to, the cost associated with the residence halls located at Tompkins Cortland Community College. These funds cannot be used to assist with other living arrangements or any other costs listed on the College bill. To apply, students NEW to housing for Spring 2020 should fill out an application and turn it in to Room 101 . Preference will be given to students living in Tompkins and Cortland Counties.

Payment Arrangement Form
Use the Payment Arrangement Form if you are paying for tuition, fees, housing and meals with the cash, check, or credit card option. You MUST process a payment of $2,500 along with this form. (If you intend to use any financial aid, please follow the instructions in the financial aid paragraph on the housing criteria checklist.)
