Take Back the Night

Student Center Noon to 1:30 p.m.

No one should fear the night ...or the day. We will shatter the silence. We will stop the violence. We will ... Take Back the Night.

The march leaves the Student Center at noon with speakers and Survivor Speakout to follow the march. Join us to show support for survivors and to shed light on sexual assault, rape, child sexual abuse, and intimate partner violence.

The theme of this year's event is: #IASK. Take Back the Night is about more than awareness. It also seeks to promote prevention and create safer communities. #IASK encourages and empowers everyone, no matter the scenario, to ask for consent, listen, and accept answers without pressuring or coercing another.

Supported by the Violence Prevention Committee of the Wellness Council.
