Panther Pantry and Community Closet

Panther Pantry

The Panther Pantry and Community Closet are on-campus resources helping our campus community fight food insecurity and address material needs. The Panther Pantry and Communty Closet are located in room 116 A across from the Health Center. This welcoming space provides no-cost food and other supplies to all members of the campus community with day, evening, and weekend hours while classes are in session.

  • All students, faculty, and staff are eligible
  • Open to members of the community at large to assist with emergency needs
  • Meats, dairy, produce, bread, cereal, soup, pasta, snacks, and other food
  • Household items such as dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and bedding
  • Coats, clothing, and shoes for all ages, genders, and sizes
  • Information available for accessing other resources in our sponsoring counties

I am very grateful that this is offered. It is a hard balance cutting back on work to go to school and further one's education. The food pantry definitely takes off some of the stress and it means a lot that as students we (and our families) are cared for on this level.  Tompkins Cortland Community College Student
