Panther Challenge Virtual 5K
Do something good for yourself while helping support the Panther Pantry - take the Panther Challenge!
The Panther Challenge Virtual 5K, sponsored by Best Life, wlll be held anywhere you want and anytime you want during the week of Dec. 7-11. Start training today so you are ready to rock the virtual 5K!
Entry fee is a suggested donation to the Panther Pantry on-campus food pantry. Donate by visiting the TC3 Foundation and selecting “Panther Pantry.”
Register by Nov. 23 and then use this form to track your progress and submit your results. Prizes will be available!
Need some help getting ready? Follow this simple 5-week training schedule:
Week 1 (Nov. 9-15) | .5-1 miles 3 times a week
Week 2 (Nov. 16-22) | 1-1.5 miles 3 times a week
Week 3 (Nov. 23-29) | 1.5-2 miles 3 times a week
Week 4 (Nov. 30-Dec. 6) | 2-2.5 miles 3 times a week
Week 5 - Race Week | Run your Virtual 5K sometime between Dec. 7-11
