Finals Week Closure Policy

If a college closure leads to cancellation of a class during Final Exam week, the class will be made up on the Friday of Final Exam week. If TC3 closes multiple days, then cancellations from the second day missed will be made up on the Monday of the following week and so forth.

In the event that we have a delay or early closure on any day during Final Exam week, the time blocks affected will be made up on the Friday of the Final Exam week. If multiple days have a delay during Final Exam week, the second day's time block(s) will be made up on the Monday of the following week and so forth.

Exams to be made up will be held at the same scheduled time and at the same scheduled location/format.   In the case of closures and delays, be sure to keep in contact with your instructors to verify final exam times and formats.

Please be aware that make-up exams may create conflicts for students; however, these conflicts should be rare, as we have a small number of regularly scheduled finals on Friday.  Instructors of the make-up exams should work with students to determine and alleviate conflicts when possible.
