Through the Policy on the Development, Revision and Retirement of Policies, the Board of Trustees authorizes the College President to establish procedures for developing, presenting, implementing and maintaining Board Policies as required by New York State Education Law, the policies of the SUNY Board of Trustees and other Board requirements as applicable; and Administrative Policies as directed and promulgated by the President of the College as required by New York State Education Law and other requirements as directed by the Board of Trustees.
