Sidney Hill, Residence Life Operations Assistant, has been named the Tompkins Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for March 2026. 

Hill was honored for her willingness to take on any task with full effort and concentration, bringing an exceptional attention to detail to everything she does. She has worked at TC3 for nearly two decades and has connected with hundreds of students through the years. Her colleagues say she has a “gift” for reaching students, often getting the most reserved students to open up. She is known for making sure every student knows they are capable of great things and that there is someone who believes in them.   

The Employee of the Month program recognizes individuals who exemplify the values and mission of the College with their outstanding service and attitude. Nominations for the award are accepted from students, staff, or members of the community.

As the Employee of the Month, Hill receives a gift certificate to a local business, a TC3 Employee of the Month tumbler, and exclusive use of the Employee of the Month parking spot.
