Sierra Brock, administrative assistant, is the Tompkins Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for June. 

Brock serves both Academic Affairs and Academic Records, playing a vital role in supporting the Provost’s Office, Curriculum Committee, and College Senate. She was recognized for consistently being quick to respond, efficient, and solution-oriented. Known for her professionalism, friendliness, and strong work ethic, Brock is always eager to learn new systems and improve processes. As one nominator said, “Her positive attitude and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the College and a true pleasure to work with.”

The Employee of the Month program recognizes individuals who exemplify the values and mission of the College with their outstanding service and attitude. Nominations for the award are accepted from students, staff, or members of the community.

As the Employee of the Month, Brock receives a gift certificate to a local business, a TC3 Employee of the Month tumbler, and exclusive use of the Employee of the Month parking spot.
