Wendy Donenko, student disbursement/direct loan coordinator, is the Tompkins Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for May. 

Donenko has worked in TC3’s billing and financial aid offices for 38 years. She has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment and professionalism during her time at TC3, and her knowledge of financial aid policies and her attention to detail have been instrumental to the smooth and accurate work of disbursing financial aid to students. Colleagues call her a vital resource who manages to stay current with evolving, complicated regulations, providing a crucial service to students.

The Employee of the Month program recognizes individuals who exemplify the values and mission of the College with their outstanding service and attitude. Nominations for the award are accepted from students, staff, or members of the community.

As the Employee of the Month, Donenko receives a gift certificate to a local business, a TC3 Employee of the Month tumbler, and exclusive use of the Employee of the Month parking spot.
