If you have any questions or need assistance in locating full text articles, e-books or streaming videos, with distributing materials to your students or including a link to an online library resource in an email or a web page, Ask a Librarian.

Physical Items

Books and DVDs can be requested for delivery. Submit a request through the Library's OneSearch catalog.  More information about requesting books and DVDs.

Items will be delivered to your home address and can be returned to your high school librarian (if your school is a member of TST or OCM BOCES) or by mail using a prepaid shipping label that the Library provides.

Research Help

Students and instructors are encouraged to contact Tompkins Cortland librarians for research assistance.  Visit the Ask a Librarian page to email, chat, text or schedule an appointment.

Instruction

Librarians teach students how to locate, evaluate and integrate information resources. You are welcome to bring your class to the College for instruction in our computer classroom or we can come to you. Online guides to supplement in-person instruction are also available and can be created for specific assignments upon request. Let us know what you need.  Find our contact information on the Ask a Librarian page.

Academic Integrity and Plagiarism

Librarians are available for consultations on plagiarism, intellectual property and other academic integrity issues. We can also check an electronic copy of a student's paper in Turnitin and send you the results.  For more information see Academic Integrity and Plagiarism.

Tutoring

Tutoring services are available in person and online.
