Hal Pietros-Brown, Student Success Advisor, is the Tompkins Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for October.

Although every one of our Advisors makes the awesome list - Hal really stands out. He makes time for every student and he openly shows he cares.  Hal is an outstanding employee who makes sure all students feel important and able to see and reach their full potential.  

The Employee of the Month program recognizes individuals who exemplify the values and mission of the College with their outstanding service and attitude. Nominations for the award are accepted from students, staff, or members of the community.

As the Employee of the Month, Hal receives a gift certificate to a local business, a TC3 Employee of the Month tumbler, and exclusive use of the Employee of the Month parking spot.
