TC3 Celebrates International Women's Month

March 11, 2026

TC3 continued to celebrate Women's History Month with its annual International Women's Day panel on March 11.

For more than 20 years, students from around the world have shared their experiences with the college community. This year, current and former students from Ethiopia, the Dominican Republic, and Lebanon spoke about their lives as women, both in their native countries and in the United States. They discussed expectations for women in their homelands, how women are treated, and their experiences adjusting to life in the United States.

The panel was presented by the Office of Global Initiatives and DEAC (Diversity, Equity, and Action Council), which also created a "Wall of Inspiring Women." The display in the hallway outside the President's Office features more than two dozen historically significant women, and students are encouraged to contribute the names of women who inspire them.
