Chris Jones, enrollment services call center coordinator, has been named the Tompkins Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for July 2026. 

Jones manages a high volume of calls, oversees the TC3 Card office, supervises and trains student employees, and helps coordinate Accepted Panther Days. She does this all while maintaining a positive, welcoming attitude that has made her a dedicated and dependable member of the TC3 community who does all they can to support students, families, and colleagues. Jones’ commitment to exceptional customer service has a lasting impact across campus.

The Employee of the Month program recognizes individuals who exemplify the values and mission of the College with their outstanding service and attitude. Nominations for the award are accepted from students, staff, or members of the community.

As the Employee of the Month, Jones receives a gift certificate to a local business, a TC3 Employee of the Month tumbler, and exclusive use of the Employee of the Month parking spot.
