Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness supports the mission, vision, and values of the college by providing accurate, timely, and meaningful data to inform planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement. Through data analysis, reporting, and assessment support, the office helps ensure institutional effectiveness and accountability. We collaborate with departments across campus to promote a culture of evidence-based practice and to meet internal and external reporting requirements. The office also provides organizational development support at an institutional level. The IE office, and the planning ecosystem has advisory support from the Institutional Effectiveness Council.
Functions
- Provides data and analysis for strategic planning, assessment, and accreditation.
- Leads outcomes assessment and compliance reporting.
- Designs surveys, develops dashboards, and advances data literacy campus-wide.
