Teachers often put copies of their textbooks and other required materials on Reserve at the library's Service Desk for students to use.

Printed and physical reserve items can be used in the library for up to two hours at a time, or longer if no one else is waiting.  They are available on a first-come first-served basis.  Scanners and photocopiers are near the Service Desk.

Electronic files of portions of reserve textbooks can be made.  A digital file of a book chapter can be created for you to view on your screen for up to two hours once you have opened it. To ask us to make an electronic file, submit a request form.  You will be contacted at your TC3 email address when the file is ready.  Requests are processed when the library is open.

If a teacher is using a textbook that is not on reserve in the library, let us know and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

If you want to buy a copy of your textbook, or rent a copy for the semester, please contact the campus Bookstore.
