The Culinary A.A.S. program is deactivated and no longer accepting applications for future semesters due to the closing of the restaurant Coltivare.
Our program faculty will be re-imagining the curriculum in the coming year. Students currently enrolled in the program should use this page as a reference as they work to complete the program. We recommend future students consider our Hotel and Restaurant Management program as an alternative.
