This program is designed to give you the skills and knowledge to enter the workforce immediately upon graduation.

This program is designed to prepare you with the knowledge and skills to seek RN licensure, enter the workforce immediately after graduation, and prepare you for successful transfer to a bachelor of science in nursing program.

Flexible Start Times


Fall and Spring start times are available for the nursing program! Fall start times run each year and have both day and evening options. Spring start times run every other year with an evening only format. 
 

LPN Advanced Placement


Current LPNs are eligible to start this program in their 2nd or 3rd semester depending on individual credit evaluation.

To Graduate [ 65 credits + 2.0 GPA or higher ]

Additional Notes:

  • A minimum grade of "C" (75 percent) in theory and "S" (Satisfactory) in clinical in each nursing (NURS) course is required to earn a degree in Nursing.
  • A "C" or better grade is required in all courses. All courses in the first two semesters must be completed before a student may take NURS208 and NURS225.
  • To be eligible for admission to the Nursing program, students must have math placement or prior math coursework that meets the pre-requisite for Anatomy and Physiology.

TC3 Nursing students can apply for the Nursing Scholars programs at our partnered health systems. 

Through these programs, eligible students may receive up to $40,000 toward the cost of their educational loans. After graduation, selected and approved Scholars will transition into a full-time nursing role with the health system with an employment commitment of 2 to 3 years.
