Transfer Requirements
This agreement allows seamless transfer from TC3's A.S. in Health Science Professions into Alfred University's B.S. in Sports and Health Sciences.
Eligibility & Terms
Students meeting the following criteria are guaranteed admission with full junior standing:
- Graduate from TC3 with an A.S. degree in Health Sciences Professions.
- Apply to Alfred University within four years of graduation from Tompkins Cortland Community
College. - Achieve a minimum GPA 2.0.
- Applications open each fall, and students must meet the academic requirements for admission.
Notes
Students are encouraged to reach out to the Alfred University admissions office early in their program, and to apply to Alfred in the fall of their second year.
It is recommended that students complete TC3's HLTH 104 Medical Terminology and HLTH 205 First Aid & Safety Education prior to matriculation at Alfred.
