Transfer Requirements
This agreement allows seamless transfer from TC3’s A.S. in Health Science Professions into SUNY Cortland’s B.S. in Community Health.
Eligibility & Terms
Students from TC3 are guaranteed full junior standing at Cortland upon transfer, provided they:
- Complete all prerequisite courses for the Community Health program as outlined in the course map below.
- Meet the minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA requirement.
- Adhere to the same non-academic pre-matriculation requirements as all SUNY Cortland students.
Notes
Students are encouraged to start learning about professional options during their first year at TC3 by attending events at SUNY Cortland. Students should apply to SUNY Cortland by late November of their second/sophomore year; applications open each fall with entry to the program in fall only.
